Board Meeting

Members Present: Carol Watson, Deanna Werthman, Phil Essenmacher, Marilyn Light, Marty O’Brien and Betty Harvey 

Members Absent: Jim Gresock and Peggy Stencel 

Guest: Colleen Light  

Carol Watson called the meeting to order at 2:40 p.m.

She presented the treasurer’s report for April 9 – May 14. 

The Times Herald article on Lexington was discussed. 

Phil Essenmacher was nominated to attend MDOT meeting. 

Carol brought in a brochure from Michigan Festivals & Events Association.  It listed events through out the state for 2008.

Betty Harvey will contact their office to get more information and report at July meeting. 

There was a discussion on who would be invited to light the Christmas tree at Decembers’ festivities.  An individual was unanimously chosen. 

Meeting adjourned at 4:00 P.M.
