The Lexington Business Association placed an ad in the Bluewater Directory to attract visitors to Lexington.  The cost was only $295.00.

Peggy suggested that a board member be present at each of the village council meetings so that we can better stay abreast of village issues -  More discussion to follow.

Phil made a motion that a stipend be given to our president,

Secretary, and treasurer.  The motion was tabled until the next meeting.

Meeting adjourned at 4:30 P.M.

Respectfully submitted,
